These terms apply to games by Tejo Studio (the trade name of José Luis Orozco Mejía, Colombia), starting with Cubeo: Block Puzzle. By downloading or playing, you accept them.
Using the game
We grant you a personal, free, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and play Cubeo on your devices. You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the game, or use it for illegal purposes or to cheat in ways that affect other players.
Coins and power-ups
Cubeo’s coins and power-ups are virtual in-game items: they have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other people. They are stored on your phone and may be lost if you uninstall the game or change phones.
Availability and changes
We may update the game, change its balance (for example power-up prices or scoring) or stop offering it. We will try to announce significant changes in advance.
Warranty and liability
Cubeo is provided “as is”. We do our best to make it work well, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without prejudice to any rights granted to you by consumer protection laws in your country.
